These guys are great! It was SO easy to use the site and I couldn't believe how quickly I received the order. I placed the order on a Thursday night and I had it all by the following Tuesday. When I went to a local showroom to see the WAC products in person and to compare the prices, the salesman told me it would take them 2 weeks to get my order filled. The folks a YLighting are amongst the very best vendors I have worked with during the course of a substantial house remodel. As I have learned, many vendors are very good on the pre-sales side of the operation but once they have your money, they dont have any time to bother with you. YLighting, on the other hand, has been excellent. They do a superb job of communicating both pre and post sales. Shipping information is always provided and in every case, shipments have been delivered at least 1-2 days prior to the estimated delivery date. While you would think this level of communication would be automatic, it is, in fact not. YLighting is almost singular in the quality of communication and follow up. In one case, after placing an order, the YLighting folks determined that the manufacturer couldn't ship for 6 weeks and proactively notified me, offering to let me cancel the order and find something that would ship sooner. Pinch me. Buying the highest quality lighting fixtures available on the market today for reasonable prices. It's just my overactive imagination, right? The depth of product knowledge (both over the phone and via email) that their sales people have is equal to that of the original designer/manufacturer. Overall, the entire purchasing experience with YLighting was very good. The purchasing process was easy. The chandelier was correctly shown/described on their Web site. What amazed me was how quickly the chandelier arrived. I ordered it, and---I believe---it arrived 3 days later. This store was a find. I have been looking for track lighting for a long time, but every merchant (physical or internet) kept quoting me prices of over $2K, closer to $3K for the track that I wanted. (I ended up buying a 32-foot track with 9 fixtures). The track YLighting sold me was a W.A.C. brand, which is a little cheaper than TechLighting brand. It got shipped very quickly: I got it three days after I placed the order (I'm in DC area and they shipped from NY, I think). The customer service chat-on-line option was very useful: I got a chance to talk to the sales rep, have him review my cart, make changes, suggestions, etc. Beyond that, I chatted with the rep on the phone just to make sure everything is ok.
